Piping system design Engineer – Marine Industry

Location: Pruszcz Gdański

Job description

Design pipe routing in 3D modeling software
Generates detail drawings, Isometrics and pipe support details utilizing 3D modeling software
Perform detail engineering and design of new piping installation on board ship
Collaboration with designers from other disciplines
Review drawings supplied by vendors
Participation in design work aimed at new projects and improvement of current projects

Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Naval engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of the shipbuilding industry and practical experience will be an advantage
Knowledge of Class and Statutory regulations will be an advantage
Knowledge of FORAN or/and CADMATIC will be an advantage
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office system
Good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken
Ability for teamwork and independence in solving tasks
