About the role:

Currently, we are looking for a Lead Visual Designer with strong experience who will join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
 

• Gathering requirements and designing complete end-to-end user experiences that meet our needs and vision,
• Designing complex solutions for complete digital environments,
• Working closely with UX, UI and development teams to perform feasibility validation and providing design workarounds if needed,
• Following brand & design guidelines set by the customer,
• Testing the developed screens as per the signed off designs.

• Strong visual design skills,
• Good understanding of User Experience principles & methodologies,
• Expertise in Visual Design and software such as Figma & Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop,
• Good experience in color theory, UI element and understanding UI behaviours,
• Passionate about all UX areas and other areas of design and innovation,
• Ability to work in Agile environment,
• Fluency in English,
• Bachelors degree in visual design/visual communication/UI design/graphics.
